Class Descriptions

Mat Pilates

A classical mat-based Pilates class rooted in function and form. You'll strengthen deep core, improve posture, and build pelvic-floor coordination to support your everyday movement- on and off the mountain. Perfect for anyone looking to move smarter, not just harder.

Hot Flash, Cool Flow with Mary Pat

A movement experience for the perimenopause and menopause transition. You'll leave feeling restored, capable, and connected to your body through every season of change.

Glow + Restore: Pregnancy/Postpartum Candlelit Yoga

A slow, candlelit flow to help you unwind, reconnect, and breathe a little deeper. This class merges gentle movement, guided relaxation, and restorative poses to soothe the nervous system and reestablish core and pelvic floor awareness. A perfect reset for body and mind.

New Mommy + Me Mat Pilates

A calm, connection-centered class that your little one can attend. We understand that getting support and childcare can be so challenging in this new transition. Strengthen your core and pelvic floor in a welcoming environment that celebrates motherhood in all its messy, magical stages. Stephanie is a BASI certified pregnancy and postnatal pilates instructor, what the heck does that mean? This class is safe AND effective for the perinatal period. 

Strong Foundations: Perinatal Vinyasa Flow 

Strong Foundations combines mindful Vinyasa sequencing with intelligent core connection, pelvic-floor awareness, and breathwork that supports you through every phase of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Expect a warm, grounded practice that challenges you. Because you can do hard things.
